Rack them up: creative bookshelves
Freshome have put up a nice article on creative bookshelves today, 30 in total. I really like articles like this which bring together collections of designs. Obviously everybody’s taste is different and, personally, I think there are a good few naff ones in here but.. out of thirty these 2 are hot stuff. The fact that everybody’s 30 would be very different makes these collection-blogs even more appealing - a real portion of comfort-reading to pick through someone else’s favourites.
Prerequisites for owning any of these are a classy apartment and a visually-impressive colection of literature; especially as most of these depend on at least a couple of 400 x 400 hardbacks for their gravitas…
